It estimates a range using preset rates and your inputs. It does not access your platform statements or contracts, so it cannot predict the exact amount your distributor will pay.

Use the result as a recording-revenue estimate. Publishing, mechanical and performance royalties are not calculated separately, so it is not a complete total of every royalty you may receive.

No. GBP and EUR estimates use fixed conversion assumptions. Your distributor may convert payments at a different exchange rate or apply conversion charges.

Use the separate listener estimate section when you only have an audience count. It models plays from the listening assumptions you select; one monthly listener should not be entered as one stream.

Check that you have entered a positive play count, set your ownership share above zero and kept the distributor cut below 100%. Very small estimates may round to zero in the selected currency.

Use the revenue goal tab to enter a target amount. It shows the estimated stream counts for each platform using your selected market, currency and payout share.

An estimate cannot establish underpayment. Ask for the relevant statement and check the recording, reporting period, eligible plays, deductions and your agreed share with the distributor.
