Is Decent Music PR A Scam?

Music PR and promotions can certainly be a murky world, and there are lots of companies out there that always seem to offer a ‘big discount’ and promise large streaming numbers for a quick one-time purchase. A lot of this is facilitated by using fake streams from bot farms, or users that are paid small amounts
