Highlights & Impact
When Jaël came to us, she was on tour with her third solo album ‘Midlife’, and didn’t want to forget about the traction she could get online for this stunning body of work. Yet it had been a while since Jaël had done any promotion in this way, especially on Spotify. Decent was tasked with bringing back to life her online presence.
Press
It was important for the artist to portray the personal nature of this album, largely written during Covid 19, and to showcase its wide array of topics - from motherhood through to the reality of being neurosensitive and sexual assault.Â
Press support came from large platforms Earmilk and Notion. Amongst many others, there were also reviews published by high-traffic sites Music Crowns, Voice Mag and Music News, as well as indie darlings Unrecorded and Elicit.

DECENT
RESULTS
Playlisting
This album is a midlife assessment, filled with retrospection and deep gratitude, a touching reflection of the artist’s own life journey. We worked on three of the focus tracks via Playlisting campaigns, spanning across several months. For ‘Anyone but Us’ we secured a ton of independent placements on the likes of Indie Up by The Way Is Up, Indie Temptations by Select. and Indie Worship by Enroute.
For ‘To Miss You’, in addition to more independents, we landed a spot on Apple Music’s Editorial playlist New In Pop.Â
More Editorial success followed. Through Decent, ‘Only Human’ secured placements on Apple Music’s New In Pop once again and Spotify Editorial playlist Equal GSA. For all three releases we got a healthy dose of algorithmic placements too (e.g. The Sound Of Swiss Indie, The Pulse of Swiss Rock).
