Campaign Objective
Having already established a career in the music industry as a songwriter for A-List artists including Megan Thee Stallion, Pharrell Williams and Jonas Blue, we aimed to create awareness for Jack Hawitt as an independent recording artist. Through a targeted press campaign, we set out to reach new audiences and build hype around his single ‘Love Or A Lie,’ in addition to gaining credible press quotes for EPK creation, booking agents and festivals.

As a solo artist, his debut EP ‘The Sound of Us’ has over 1 million streams and his songs collectively have an impressive 20 million streams on Spotify. With features on Love Island (UK/USA), Netflix’s Top 10 ‘Feel The Beat’ and the soundtrack for Sony’s Global Launch campaign for PlayStation 5, Jack Hawitt’s campaign for his 2022 single ‘Love or A Lie’ with Camden Cox and Joe Warriner and is about accepting that life or a relationship is not always plain sailing but living in the moment and enjoying right now is important regardless of what's going on.
The summery pop anthem dropped on the 21st of October 2022 and our Digital Publicity campaign earned Jack Hawitt features in Notion, Music Crowns, Entertainment Now and Plastic Magazine. With this exposure and embedded listen links, we saw a rise in traffic to the single on Spotify as the press campaign continued.
We also secured coverage in a host of mid-tier publications for the release, including pop-culture junkies CultureFix, playlist pioneers Hits Wave and a blog and playlist feature in the LGBTQ Music Chart.
